Representations to the Company
Recently the association has sent letters to the Company regarding the lack of pension supplementation and the breakdown in communications regarding the change in the payslip issuing process.
Addington Court Veteran Golfers Reveal Fundraising Plans for 2012
Flanked by "Open" Competition organisers: Charles Thorpe, Arthur Lyddall and Frank Cantelo, Club Captain Keith Adams presents cheque to Joanne Howe, British Heart Foundation.
At a meeting in the Clubhouse, Featherbed Lane, Addington in January Keith Adams, Captain of the Addington Veterans Golf Club rounded off another highly enjoyable year of golfing and social activities at the Addington Court Golf Centre, Featherbed Lane, Addington by presenting a cheque for the funds raised during 2011 on behalf of the British Heart Foundation to the Foundation’s Representative Joanne Howe.
At the same time Derek Hollidge, who succeeds Keith as Captain for 2012, nominated The Alzheimer’s Society as the project for the Club to support during the coming year.
As usual, this year’s programme will feature on July 4th the acclaimed “ACVGC Open” Competition that offers male golfers aged at least sixty the rare opportunity of acquiring a replica of the iconic “Claret Jug” trophy Lee Westwood and other golf luminaries will be seeking at Royal Lytham & St. Anne’s Golf Club the same month.

The proceeds of the event will be augmented by fees levied in connection with Club Competitions held each month and presented to the Society in January 2013.
